Thank you for visiting our shop. All items ship or are available for pickup in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Due to handmade nature of your item(s)  there are no product exchanges or refunds on custom made items. But please contact me if there an issue with your order and I will do my best to help you. Please ensure you are taking appropriate measurements to ensure sizes are appropriate. 

Custom orders take 7 to 10 days to be processed and made. Stock items are available within 24 hours to be picked up or mailed.

Untracked lettermail is available for $4 an envelope. Canada post can take up to 3 weeks to deliver access the Country, shorter locally. Please be patient, there is no tracking available for this option. There is no insurance or replacements if a package is lost. Once I drop it at the post office, the delivery is out of my control. 

If you would like a tracking number and insurance, please select the appropriate option at checkout. You will be sent a tracking number upon shipping. Tracked shipping is expedited and often has a guaranteed delivery date.
